Refund and Returns Policy

At UK Fabulous, we want you to love every product you purchase from us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
  • You received a wrong, damaged, or defective item.
  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Note: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of used or opened beauty products.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@ukfabulous.com with:
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
Our team will review your request and respond with instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received (if applicable), we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are not granted if:

  • The return request is made after 7 days of delivery
  • The product is used, opened, or not in resellable condition (unless it arrived damaged)
  • You simply change your mind

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the eligible item and place a new order.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:
  • Used or opened products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personal care items marked as final sale
